I received an email saying my account is now overdue and I will be cut off if I don't pay but it has always been set to be paid automatically and its not due to go out until next week. I have been with the NOW TV broadband a year now and this is the first time I have received an email like this from them. I have enough funds too!

My Account/Broadband & calls/Moving Home will show you the number to call.
