I am trying to talk to NOW TV support service (i.e. as to talk to somebody about a problem), and the page that provides a button for talking to customer services via live chat (link: https://help.nowtv.com/get-in-touch/now-tv-account-payments/i-have-a-query-about-my-bill-or-payment-...) doens't work on my browser. It says it failes to connect.
I tried this on Firefox and Vivaldi (which is based on Google Chrome/Chromium) and i looked at the console and it's just an error with regard to an array.
Anybody can help to reach out to customer service without using the live chat?
