CANCEL MY ACCOUNT

Hi, I only subscribed to the free trial pass to watch a serie.

I have canceled my pass and now want to cancel my account COMPLETELY (so remove ALL MY DETAILS) from this website. I have been looking everywhere for about 2h. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME DELETE MY ACCOUNT? why is this so difficult?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
