Hi @Anonymous User

I don't work for NowTV (just a customer) and there is no charge when Moving Home with NowTV Broadband according to this link article below, but you may be better off asking the question directly to a NowTV Staff Broadband Team Member who hopefully will have all the answers to your questions.

Hi @Anonymous User

Two weeks is pretty standard with most ISP's (not only NowTV) where ISP's have to go through all the red tape and standard procedures which also involves BT Openreach to undertake the necessary works that the end customer doesn't physically see behind the scenes.

There is a section in this linked article below about the 2 week lead in time to switch ISP's using the BT infrastructure network.

Hi, schnapps thanks so much for the prompt reply. My situation is I'm with Plus net atm but would like to change providers. Now my other question is this. my now tv would go live on the 27th but approximately 2-3 weeks later i will be changing address ( 5 miles away) would I need to wait a further 2 weeks and would i be charged?

 Thank  you
