Broadband connection and payment

Hi, my broadband is due to go live today before midnight, Now tv haven’t even attempted to take my first payment as it states in my email when will this be done? It doesn’t look very promising for the service to go ahead today!

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. As you mention it could be up to midnight before the switch/setup takes place, but if you want to double check everything is OK you could pop onto live chat and ask to be transferred to a broadband advisor.
