automated call saying ISP has been terminated

I received a call with an automated message saying that the internet service provider has been terminated. I believe it is incorrect and not actually from NowTV. We didn't give any information to the caller, I just want to know that it was a scam attempt and the internet isn't actually being terminated

Hi @Anonymous User

You could contact the nowtv broadband team just to double check that this was a scam caller.

If you sign into your account on here and go to My Account > My Package and click on the moving home section where a telephone helpline number will show up on screen and ask to be transferred to the relevant broadband dept.

I've been getting these calls for over 3 weeks now....... around 3 calls a day. 

Scam.
