Alexa can’t connect to internet

I have recently got a amazon Alexa dot. But I can’t connect to my now tv broadband I’ve followed all the troubleshooting tips and is still not working. 

so I called amazon and they said to contact my broadband provider and ask they to turn off the shield. I can’t find a number and I can’t find a way to contact anyone. Is there another way I can do this.

You should find your NowTV Broadband Buddy Settings under My Account > Manage Account > My Details & Settings > Settings & Pins whilst logged in on here with your NowTV Broadband sign in details.
