my address i surely know and what is stated on my deeds at land registry and what is on royal mail postcode finder i asked after 4 people and 3 hours of my time the address to be corrected and told no one in the company can do that!!!!!!!! you will not challenge your IT divsion as you had brought old address from Royal mail. secondly you quote me in a letter 22.00 a month after 12 months 38.50 however you send me t at 38.50 from the 31 august 23  and will not change i think FRAUD thirdly you say a new box and 31 august for connection when i speak to many people no new box and so how is it possible to get faster speeds and and the date is the 6 september

@jaki

You're NOT speaking to staff from broadband support. So constantly saying 'you' on here will have zero meaning.

In fact in have never seen broadband support post on this forum in my years of using it.

Call the broadband team using the number from the link below.

Or email support.

@jaki

It’s not my company or it would be run a little differently 😛

We are all just customers here like you.

You're lucky the old system isn’t still in place, or you would now be an Advocate, not a Newbie, a thing which used to inflame those arriving with a complaint even more.

But the system that hands out the Boy Scout/Girl Guide-type badges just works on counting the number of postings you have made, and where, and isn’t swayed by the actual content of the messages.

Which leads to the sort of disconnect you have experienced here 😢

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
