We've been Now viewers for several years but over the past year or so the site has become the most disfunctional site I know. It has become a lottery whether or not I can even sign on. Tonight I wanted to watch the darts semi finals. After attempting to sign on at least six times, I finally gave up.
I had tried accessing the sign on screen from several different search pages to see if that had any effect, but the sign on screen accepted my log in details, without complaint, but stubbornly refused to go any further.
Also, the amount of times whilst watching football, I have abandoned all hope when at least fifty percent of the time the picture quality is so bad that it's impossible to see where the ball is. Eventually an error screen would appear saying "oops sorry, something went wrong" and the rest of the match would pass by unseen. This has recently become so common that I have almost no expectations as to successfully watching a whole event.
What is going on?
