How do I speak to an advisor or send an email?

Hi, 

I have found it almost impossible to figure out how to speak to an advisor about my ongoing broadband issues. 

The line test confirms there is an issue and advises me to call 0800 759 1177, to then only be told by a SKY rep they can not help.

Its impossible!!

You don’t call Sky as NOW broadband is completely different from Sky. Use the number from this link to call NOW.
