Hi, I have just set up my NOWTV box for the first time and it is saying i have reached the maximum number of devices. The website and ipad app show only 2 registered devices and it should allow 4?
Appreciate some help.
Thanks

Andy I really appreciate it.
Just a question, Is there any possibility that 4 devices can ever be streamed at once like Netflix does.
Even if there was a charge for the extra 2 devices I'd be more than willing to pay.
Anyway,
Thanks again

Hi @Anonymous User
In short the answer is No, We only have the option to stream 2 devices at the same time.

Hi @Anonymous User,
99.99% of the time all you have to do is contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility, explain your requirements and they'll reset your devices.
It's not that much of a hassle 😉

Hi @Anonymous User
Thanks for getting on touch with us.
Our device limits are in place as part of the rights agreements in place from the providers of our live and on demand content.
I hope it hasn't caused you too much inconvenience!
Thanks

Hi @Anonymous User,
I suggest you contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility and explain your situation to them... They're usually pretty quick at resolving such things 😉
The easiest way of accessing 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -

not using a new device yet i still can't watch cos it thinks i am!!!! ruined my late night movie plans.
Really stupid restrictions! I mean really what difference does it make how many devices i have if only two can be used at once anyway?? makes me feel like im being treated like im doing something wrong or bad just being a member...like im not trusted by sky to not share my passor something. Treat your customers with more respect please!
at least make it work properly if you cant do that !!
