There is NO cancel button!

I would like to cancel my account immediately. I have been trying for the past hour. There is no ‘cancel’ button ‘next’ to the pass on my screen. I have the entertainment pass which I signed up for because I thought there was an episode

of a series I needed on here - which there wasn’t! I’ve not wat he’s any episodes and don’t plan on using. Please can someone help me shut down my account?!

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. The cancel button might be greyed out if the system is trying to take a payment. Best to pop onto live chat, explain what's happened and see if they can help you get the pass cancelled. To get to live chat, go to the following help page and choose the live chat option.

I would also recommend enabling your Payment PIN in your account, this will prevent accidental or unauthorised payments in the future. To turn your Payment PIN on, go to your My Account > Payment PIN page
