Hi

I purchased a NOWTV box from Tesco which included a three month movie pass. The free month is now coming to an end and I have tried to input the code from the three month pass and all I get is Sorry, that voucher code is invalid..

I have tried every combination of letters and numbers with no success, can someone please help.

@Anonymous User if I was you, I'd hit the cancel pass button right now. This will ensure that it won't auto renew and charge you £8.99. Your current pass will still be active for the next four days.

Can you help me out I not a now tv box but this voucher just says invalid 4010

Welcome to the community.

Make sure you are entering the letters and digits of the voucher code correctly, for the correct pass type (movies, entertainment or sports).

I have a now tv box and I cannot get 4 of the 5 sports codes to work. This is driving me nuts and I have a game to watch tonight!!!

Hi, I bought a brand new box yesterday as it offered two free days of sky sports...One of The Voucher codes does not work!!! What can I do? Take box back?

@Anonymous User the codes can be tricky to read. Enter them all in uppercase and take care with "I" as it could be an uppercase i or the number 1. Also 5 and S and 0 and O.

and from there you can Contact NOW TV on Live Chat and they should be able to confirm the correct code.
