Very unhappy new customer...

I hyave just returned from shopping to activate my account..

When it asked me to input the voucher number it came up invalid.. 

I think it's pathetic that a company is selling goods with invalid passes..

I'm really thginking about returning the box to get a refund, not happy at all..
