Charged twice without my authorization from past 3 months

Hi Team, please note I noticed that there is a bill payment deducted twice every month and I have noticed it today only. This transaction is happening from November 2018. Kindly advise how to get this issue resolved and get the refund for additional payment that has been deducted from my account. Is there a way I can contact you guys as customer care number is not happening . Appreciate your help.

note I have only one connection and that is broadband.
