Cancellation

Hi I am trying to cancel my subscription but am finding it impossible if anyone can offer any insight please?

@Anonymous User what happens when you try to view My Passes? Are you asked to provide card details or can you see a list of your differerent passes?

No I can cancel passes but am finding it difficult finding a link to cancel subscription altogether

 confirming that the pass you have selected to be cancelled has been cancelled and you will no longer be charged for it.

You mean you wish to close your account completely. To do this, you would need to get in touch with now TV either by email or via live chat. As a member of staff would need to do this for you. The quickest method would be live chat
