Movies, Entertainment, and Kids all due to end on 21 December.
This evening (15th) just paid £11.99 (total) for an offer of an additional 1 month of each.
Accidently cancelled them almost immediately (got confused by buttons.)
Billing says £11.99 payment taken on 15th, but passes say Cancelled and ending on 21st.
Tried to contact customer services through the website but link doesn't work; only method is to contact via this forum.
Please help; I want the month extension.
