NOW TV Box email to existing customers

In order to redeem your box click through the landing page and enter all the information requested.

 

You must click the grey ‘apply’ button in order for the discount to be applied.

 

You’ll see this on the next screen as your total amount should be £0.00. If this is not displayed, please go back and ensure you have clicked the apply button.

 

Once on the ‘You’re getting warmer screen’, to progress, please click buy and you’ll be taken to a confirmation screen, thanking you for your order.

 

If you have encountered any issues when trying to redeem your free box please can you post below.

Yes but it isn't working correctly at present (I was charged £14.99) but the live chat person has said I will be refunded.

The same thing has happened to me but I can't message as the server is down and live chat isn't working

Hello, I have been having the same problem now for 2 weeks, and every time I speak to someone on chat they say the same thing, what device, browser am I using, and have passed it to tech team 3 times, and they keep coming back that I haven't applied the code, which I have, have you been successful in sorting this problem out for yourself?

Hi, when I have been trying to claim the free box, I have applied the code as it tells you to, and when it comes to entering the payment pin, even thought you don't pay for it, I gather it is a security thing, it doesn't seem to accept the last digit, and then I get a message saying it is the wrong pin. I have been on chat with loads of now tv staff and no one has solved it.

I was having the exact same issue.  I raised it with them the day after I was e-mailed.  The problem was never sorted and I could never claim the box.  I am forever contacting NOW TV to try and get it resolved and get absolutely nowhere. Its a joke!

I ordered the free Now TV box but did not press the 'apply' button. I have now been charged £14.99. I would like to cancel that order.
