Hi,
I hope someone can help me.
I need to pay an outstanding bill, change my payment card and access my account detals.
However, the website says no. I have tried Explorer, Chrome, Safari and Edge with no joy. I spent a very frustrating 46 minutes with an individual on LiveHelp two days ago who was less than helpful in resolving my issue. Since then, I have been hanging on for an advisor on LiveHelp with no response. I don't have NowTV Broadband so the phone operators can't help me. Is there someone out there who can?
