Ok so it’s sayijg maximum devices aloud but there all old devices I’m trying to add a new one but won’t let me tryed live chat and got no reply also emailed and got no reply anyway to get around this ?
If you go onto your account there and option to select devices. On this you can remove all your old devices and that will make room for you to add your new ones x
