Charged twice

I ordered a new box and pass and seem have been charged twice ahh apparently I can't cancel on order even though it was just done

Hi, since being charged twice again for just the movie package, I've noticed the same happened last month. Please can a refund be arranged

Hi, I have been charged twice £6.99 the 12th of the month for the last 3 months and only just realised. This must be some sort of double charge for something. Can you fix this for me please.

This usually happens if you have more than one account.

 

What I'll do is send you an email with a request for some details and see if we can't find the account for you.
