Welcome to the forum. Sounds as if the code didn't apply properly. Have a word with live chat, explain what's happened and see if they can refund you. Once done your voucher code should still be valid so you should be able to apply it again.

If you still have trouble, try a different browser and/or device, eg if you tried on your mobile/tablet, try on a PC/Mac, or vice versa.
Unfortunately there is is no number to call unless you also have your broadband with NOW TV.
Post back if you still have trouble and I'll see if I can get a NOW TV Team member to respond on here.

One quick question on your tablet and phone have you made sure that JavaScript is enabled ?
