I can hardly believe it. I lead a busy life and don't always check my C/C bill. I bought a one month Sky TV pass in April 2017 to watch a couple of selected films. The subscription has "auto-renewed" ever since because of something that I no doubt missed in the small print. I have not used the service since and I am horrified to discover that I have wasted £9.99 multiplied by 19 months.
Do I have any recourse, legal or otherwise? The practice of auto-renewing subscriptions with no further reminders is unethical and relies on clients not 'watching their back'
Very disappointed in NowTV/SKY and have just cancelled - for good!
