I've been charged £ 150 for repeatedly trying to upgrade to the entertainment package. I keep getting an error message pop up to say it hasn't worked, whilst the money is showing as pending, and therefore not accessible from my bank account.
And apparently, they have no phone number in order to complain.
I don't know how they are allowed to operate. For anyone reading this, please make the same point on social media as I will be.

Go onto live chat to try and get this sorted. Click "chat online" within the green box. Don't hit "get help quicker" this is a bot.

There is a phone number, but reserved for broadband only. ☹️
What about trying to add the entertainment membership via the app itself. Bypassing the website?

How many times is ‘repeatedly’? I make it about 15…..
