Removing device

I want to remove a device off my account cause it’s on a tv I no longer want it to be on and really want it off it

The only way to do this is via live chat, make sure to click “chat online” within the green box. Don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

If you have physical access to that TV, then signing out of Now on it is all you need to do.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
