Have you tried a different internet browser or another device with a browser on it ?
If that doesn't work try your browser in a Private Window or InCognito mode.
Should that not work and you have a smartphone with internet data on it, then try that when accessing your online account Membership.
Last resort get in touch with NOW live chat for further assistance and help.
If you are using a VPN, then maybe try disabling it when attempting to access your online Membership account.

Didn't realise you are based in Italy, where i assumed you was based in the UK with the gb clue in the url address bar on your screen shot photo posted.
Also didn't realise NOW Italia customers have to use the NOW UK Community Forum for Help (only thought UK and Republic of Ireland customers shared this UK NOW Community Forum and NOW Italia had their own NOW Community Forum).
Sounds like your internet browser was diverting your NOW Italia account through the UK website (seen this happen before for ROI NOW customers).
Anyway glad you found the solution and can now access your NOW Italia online Membership 👍.
