Cant sign up not completing after pressing "complete my order" button. screen goes blank.
can't speak to anyone. paid my sign up fee. account shown o outstanding orders. tried to book engineer. all very frustrating.

Can I assume that you are trying to order broadband?

Apologies for double posting and thank you for replying. It comes from frustration and I'm not even a customer yet. i am new to this platform and forum and no reply from NowTV and i couldn't see any contact numbers. i wont do it again.

Don’t worry about it bud, the main thing is you got it sorted. Remember there are customers like myself that are here to help.
