Website says payment made but bank declined

Hi, 

now Tv took broadband payment earlier than usual and due to lack of funds my bank declined payment. However the website says that payment has been made. 

what can I do? Will I be contacted? How can I rectify this?

You’ll need to call the broadband in the morning to see what’s going on. The lines are closed now as they operate 8am to 8pm. See link for number.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
