Unable to make payment - attempts to charge £0.00

Found my broadband disabled this morning, then realised my payment failed this month as my debit card had been changed and forgot Now is CPA not DD. I've logged in to make payment manually, but although it identified £21 overdue the website was trying to authorise £0.00 and therefore the payment wasn't being taken.

I've now updated my card details and now it shows that February's payment was made in the account details but it actually wasn't and isn't asking for any payment to be made now until 19th March when the next bill is due.

My services also are still suspended

Why didn’t you just let it authorise £0.00? Now asked me that, before granting me a Retentions discount on a Membership, and it went through without a hitch, my bank solemnly informing me shortly afterwards that this enormous amount had authorised OK.

But talk to Now Broadband by phone to get this sorted; take your pick of:-

0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0330 332 3050, 0800 759 1213, 0330 041 2473, 0333 759 4816

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
