I purchased a sports day pass which worked fine however this offer came along with 9 months of mobile sports pass which I still have not received. Under subscriptions there is no mobile sports pass and this has been longer than the 10 day period I was told I had to wait. I have tried the live chat and also I have deleted the app etc but in my account under subscriptions there is no mobile pass but in billing it does show my day pass and the date I paid for this. Please help as I’m missing out on Sports which I paid for.
You should receive an email saying that the mobile membership has been applied to your account.
