Hello,
I've recieved an email saying I have a free entertainment pass trial on my now tv account through itunes. However, I've checked itunes and it says I don't have any subscriptions. I've even deleted itunes just in case. Because this trial was seemingly got through itunes now tv wont let me delete it, but itunes wont either as I dont have a now tv subscription. Im concerned someone else might have used itunes and hacked my account somehow, and that i might be charged once the trial has expired, but i cant resolve it. I cant even delete my now tv account.
Can anyone help me please?

Sounds like someone has got your log in information and logged into an Apple device then took out the trail on the app.
If I were you, I would do the following;
Place a payment PIN on your account to prevent any future random charges. Also to be super safe, change your password.

Then jump onto live chat, request ALL devices to be removed from your account just in case someone has access that they shouldn't. As part of the chat you should be able to get the refund sorted.
Just make sure you click "chat online" and not "get help quicker" as this is a bot.
