Tried to cancel ?

How come after i cancelled im still getting billed. Im going to try again if this persists im taking them to the ombudsman. Has anyone else had the same issues.

Where did you take your membership out? Was it the app on a android/apple device, was it the website?

What are you getting billed for?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Cancelling involves four discrete steps, and it’s easy to think you have completed the process when you haven’t.

Look in My Account/Manage Account/Now Membership. Are any of them still offering you the Cancel option, even though you thought you had already cancelled them?

If so, try again until the Membership no longer shows the Cancel option there.

But if nothing shows, then did you get the Now Membership directly, or via a third party, maybe BT, Apple or Amazon? If so, you have to cancel wherever you started the Membership; you can’t do it on the Now screen.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
