The most disgusting service I've ever received in my life

My now broadband has not been working since 5th January, so far we are on day 20 no wifi. 
I have called over 37 times, spoken to various people - NO HELP AT ALL. 
I have sent over 40 emails, NOT ONE REPLY.

I have requested a Deadlock letter to around 15 different agents so I can finish this with CISAS - NOT ONE DEADLOCK LETTER.

Disgusting service and so so SO many service failings.

Wow I thought my 2 days out of 35 since joining with an actual working internet service was bad. THIRTY-SEVEN calls? You have my sympathies.

Why isnt it working?

You wont get any help from Now on here, just other users like you - however some users on here may be able to help depending upon what your issues are.

First question - was it working before, or has it never worked?
