charged 10 times from 12/10/23 to 12/01/24

What an absolute disgrace Now Tv are. I only signed up for Now TV basic package £6 a month but after they auto renewed they added Boost to it so they could charge me a extra £5.99 a month. Their customer service team (dont make me laugh) could not give a %$£@ about customers. Thieving company........Disgusting service hope they burn in hell.

There is NO such thing as basic TV package, that is Sky you’re thinking of. Boost is not £5.99, it is £6 a month. 

As for customer service, you need live chat to speak with staff to get this sorted. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.
