Taking up new offer before cancelling passes

Hi,

 

I went to cancel my 1 month purchase of sky sports, however I have received an offer of £19.99 per month for 2 months which I'd like to take please.

 

When I click "get offer" it shows an error message.  I've tried this a number of times to no avail.

 

Is there someone who can contact me to resolve this please?
