Taking early payments

My bill is due the 18th of each month. They seem to take it between the 1st and 5th of each month. So I've paid the start of April and my next payment should come out the first week of may but its taken it now. 2 weeks early. So I've paid twice this month. This isn't the first time it's happened. It happened a few months pack where it took payments the first week of one month and the following and the middle of the month too. That's 3 payments for 2 months. I cant get it sorted because I have anxiety and can't talk on the phone and nobody is willing to communicate via email or let anyone contact on my behalf. Can anyone suggest anything.
