Subscription activated but not by me

Hi, have been notified that I’ve activated a new subscription. Have also had emailed from PayPal that I’ve authorised payment. Activity says I last accessed account by web browser at 3.40am. That wasn’t me. I was asleep.  How do I sort this out? I’ve already changed password.

This lists several possible causes, the remedy for now, and the way to stop it happening again in the future.

Also follow ‘how to contact Now’ lower down in that posting to request a refund, and the cancellation of this Membership.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
