Sky Sports Passes and Covid-19

I got a 6 months Sky Sports Pass on 6th March. Talk about poor timing. 

Now TV continuing to Bill this despite no sports for foreseeable future.

I understand that they may want the monthly revenue to keep going through crisis but there has been no statement, response or update on this situation, unlike Sky Sports. I don’t mind paying if I get the months for free at the back-end. Can NowTV clarify this situation as it’s pretty bad PR when other providers have sorted this for customers?

Cancel the pass.  You are not obliged to keep it for six months unless you pre-paid.

It's a pre paid pass that NTV sell same as the 10 month sports pass for £199 back in August for the football season...what a bargain that was ! Cancel yes but haven't got what you paid up front for.
