@AndiP  I have had my Sky Sports auto renewed for £27 for 6 months then £35. Paid £21 previously so been messing around with chat to get a better deal. Is there any way to talk to a human?. Keep saying try canceling membership and see what "the system" offers, but why can't they just offer their best price??. I see offers for 30% and 40% off from the mail which just takes you to the Now site with no discount code. Interested to hear what others can get a 12 month deal for. Thanks

I have the offer showing in my membership page, but when clicking it just comes up with the message that its "unable to retrieve product information".  I purchased my previous membership via Amazon - is this why it won't let me purchase the offer?
