Live Chat

  • Is there a way to access Live Chat with an actual person? I can only see 'get help quicker' which is just a Bot with standard multiple choice questions. Can't see any option for any other Live chat but may be missing something...

Yes, you need to click “chat online” within the green box from this link. Avoid “get help quicker” as that’s the bot.
