I’ve taken out a Sky Cinema offer just for the Christmas period but it would appear that NOW will charge me up until June. Please can this be rectified as I thought it would be a month free with the option of continuing. I’ve paid for a month for NOW but would like to cancel completely if the offer of a month’s pass only is no longer available. I would like to speak to a member of the team as there is no way to contact the management team.

There is NO such thing as month free trials for cinema. Sounds like you took out the 6 month saver.
If you want to cancel you have to do that yourself. See this link.

That's because of the 6 month saver which ties you in for the 6 months. To get them fully stopped or a chance of it you need to speak with staff via live chat.
Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How get in touch' drop down.
