Refund request

I was charged on a boost that’s meant to be free. However I did cancel the boost and still haven’t recieved my refund .

I would need to speak to someone .

Boost is never free longer than either 7 or 30 days depending on the trial period you were given. Cancelling the membership doesn’t mean you will be automatically given a refund.

Just to be clear, did you receive an email confirmation of the cancellation? If not then the cancellation process wasn’t fully followed.
