Predatory streaming service

I hate NowTv - the most predatory streaming service in the UK! 
1st tricked into a 6 month contact by very fine print promotion, then attempted to cancel my contract only to be charged the following week. 
Their use of dark UX patterns is seriously sleazy and is a fine way to lose trust and lose long-term customers. I will not be back. Anyone else who feels the same?

The six month contract isn’t a trick. I think Now make this clear enough; to get the discount, you sign for a longer period. I guess you didn’t read this properly 😢

The pre-selection of ‘optional’ offers alongside the main purchase - free trials of Cinema and of Boost, which turn into further paid subscriptions if you don’t cancel them within seven days, and which most people don’t notice until they get stung - is indeed seriously sleazy.

I wish Now would stop doing this 😱
