Unable to watch CWC-2023 LIVE FOR THE past 3 hours

hi,

No live streaming for cricket World Cup 2023 live (India vs newzealand) in any of my devices for the past 3 hours from 4pm GMT 

please fix the the issue as soon as possible. your service very poor

You don’t speak to staff on here who can help with streaming issues.

What have you tried on your end to fix it? Like delete and reinstall the app?

Unplug your router for a few minutes?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
