I’ve noticed my payments have doubled in past 3months when an email advised me to do nothing if I wish to stay with my roll on contract which I did but only noticed now so called and she wanted me to cancel or take on a new contract but would not refund the over payments there’s taken wanted manager to call what a surprise no call back plus the buffering has gotten worse Very disappointed by this companies customer services
