Today I tried to buy a new Entertainment pass after my old one ran out. It cost £2.99 a month for 3 months, and when I went to pay the cost comes up as £0.00 which is odd and when I tried to process the payment through 2 different cards and paypal, an error message said there was an expected problem with my payment. I have looked on this forum and it did not say "payment not authorised" so clearly it must be a fault with Now TV systems. How can I get around this? Do I try again later? If I win the lottery and manage to talk to a real member of staff will they be able to put through the payment so I can continue watching TV shows? Its like come on, take my money Now TV, I want to watch TV now! haha.
