Charged twice

My payments doubled the start of this month. I missed the first payment but then made the payment. It says on my account payment made 03 November. My wifi has no been cut off and you are saying I have another over due payment ? But it’s not due till December 3rd

No we aren't 😛 this is a customer to customer forum only. So any account issues, you need to call the broadband team.

Use the 'How to get in touch' drop down when signed in for the number.
