Payment taken after cancelling subscription , checked other accounts on Now tv none came up.

Payment taken by Now tv on 23/1, I cancelled my subscription on the 20/1 . I checked with Now tv to see old accounts it said none came up , how do I contact someone by phone in Nowtv.

You don't contact NOW by phone for TV streaming, phone service for broadband ONLY.

Did you get confirmation email of the cancellation?
