I'm currently on a 3 month offer for a sports pass and I'm a bit confused as to whether to cancel it or not due to no football been available to watch. Obviously theres no way to get in touch with anyone from now TV and I don't want to keep wasting money for something I can't watch. Does anyone know where now TV stands during the Corona virus regarding refunds or discounts going forward? Thanks in advance

Cancel it.  By paying for another month you are agreeing to continue.  

 

You could raise a complaint to get a refund from mid-March when the football stopped. https://help.nowtv.com/article/how-to-make-a-complaint

As for the discounts, what use is a 40% or 50% discount if there is nothing to watch?
