Hi all,
I've recently opted in for the entertainment pass. I had an initial charge of £6.99 on the day of the purchase (16th April), and then another charge of £6.99 five days later (21st April).
I checked my subscriptions, and I only have one pass that I opted in for. On my billing history it just has the first payment day listed on. I also checked to see if I have some unknown multiple accounts, and nothing comes up.
I'm not sure what I can do about this since there doesn't seem a way to contact customer support. Anyone have any ideas?

As you have pretty much confirmed that you have checked your account and only the 1 payment coming off. Good to know that you have also checked for other accounts too.
